After spending about $60 buying chartreuse stretch 25' lures and live eels to catch VA stripers, I found that cheap jig heads attached to a .50 rubber shad body was the only thing that worked. I caught 2 stripers over 20" under the bridge at the 2nd island.

Last night I departed my house in Poquoson at 1900hrs and went straight for the High Rise at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.
